1. Send an email for the items you want to purchase and the Pickup Location to which you would like
the items delivered.
2. Your order will be processed and delivered to the local launch sites that Tom's Rocket Gear attends. If you would like to arrange pickup at a different location, please send an email and specify your pickup preferences. We are happy to work with you to arrange a convenient location to pick up your order.
3. Indicate your “When Needed Date” (Note: You will be notified of the items availability and ability of meeting your desired date, by return e-mail).
4. Tom's Rocket Gear will deliver or ship products per your specification.
5. All payments are prepaid using Pay Pal.
Tom's Rocket Gear will deliver or arrange for product pickup therefore eliminating shipping and HazMat costs. However, if you desire to have your product shipped to you we will arrange shipment.
If you are dissatisfied with an item prior to use, notify Tom's Rocket Gear and arrangements will be made to either replace the product or provide a refund.
